3. Informational content — no offer
Content on the Site — including product descriptions, images, dimensions, performance claims, blogs, and project examples — is for general information only. It does not constitute a binding offer, quotation, warranty, or certification unless confirmed in a signed document or formal written quotation issued by Aoslon.
Specifications, finishes, hardware, lead times, and availability may change without notice. Always verify critical requirements in writing before ordering.
4. Quotes, samples, and orders
- Submitting a form or uploading drawings requests information only; it does not create a contract.
- Any price, MOQ, lead time, or technical suggestion is subject to confirmation after review of drawings, glass build-up, finish, quantity, and destination.
- Production and delivery terms are governed by our order confirmation, commercial invoice, and any master supply agreement.
- Samples, if offered, may be chargeable and subject to separate terms.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site’s text, layout, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, and other materials are owned by Aoslon or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and download pages for internal business evaluation only. You may not copy, scrape, republish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent.
Product names of third parties, if mentioned, remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
6. User submissions and uploaded files
If you send messages, drawings, or other materials (“Submissions”), you grant Aoslon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use those Submissions solely to evaluate your request, prepare quotations, manufacture goods you order, and provide related support.
You represent that:
- You have the right to share the Submissions
- Submissions do not infringe third-party rights or contain malware
- You will not upload unlawful, defamatory, or confidential data of others without authorization
We may refuse or delete Submissions that appear abusive, spam, or unsafe. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AOSLON AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT.
Our total liability arising from Site use shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amount you paid us specifically for Site-related paid services in the three months before the claim (if any). This does not limit liability under a separate product sales contract, which will state its own caps.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aoslon from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your Submissions, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Linking
You may link to our homepage in a fair and legal manner that does not suggest endorsement without our written approval. We may withdraw linking permission at any time.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Foshan, Guangdong, shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, unless a separate commercial contract specifies otherwise. Mandatory consumer protections in your country, if any, remain unaffected where they cannot be waived.
14. Changes
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are a general website use agreement for a B2B manufacturing site. Sales contracts, Incoterms, warranties, and dealer agreements should be documented separately. Have local counsel review if you operate in highly regulated markets.
