- Production and delivery terms are governed by our order confirmation, commercial invoice, and any master supply agreement.
- Samples, if offered, may be chargeable and subject to separate terms.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site’s text, layout, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, and other materials are owned by Aoslon or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Our total liability arising from Site use shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amount you paid us specifically for Site-related paid services in the three months before the claim (if any). Mandatory consumer protections in your country, if any, remain unaffected where they cannot be waived.
